COURSE LOCATION:
Course will be held at Mohawk College, Fennell Campus, on Wednesday evenings

Registrations can either be mailed or handed in to the office.
If using a credit card, the credit card authorization form can either be faxed or mailed to the Hamilton Branch Office. Fees must be paid at the time of registration. (Cheques may be postdated to Jan. 2, 2009)

STARTING DATES FOR CLASSES:
Classes will run from January 14, 2009 through April 15, 2009, allowing for Spring Break on March 18, 2009.
All classes are held Thursday evenings from 6:30 P.M. to 9:30 P.M.

COURSE FEES:
Course Fees:  $375.00 per course (CIM Hamilton Branch Member)   
Course Fees:  $475.00 per course (Non Member)
(All fees include G.S.T.)
 

CIM reserves the right to cancel the course should minimum class enrolment not be met.

There will be a charge of  $35.00 for N.S.F. cheques.

Tax receipts will be issued upon receipt of fees.
There is an administrative fee of  $10.50  ( $10.00 plus  .50 G.S.T. ) for duplicate receipts.
