CGA Ontario Hamilton Chapter welcomes the Canadian Institute of Management, Hamilton Branch in co-hosting its 10th Annual summer golf tournament.
All CGA's, CIM's students, family and friends are invited to come out for a day of fun at Hamilton Chapter's 10th annual golf tournament. The format
is best ball, so even non-golfers can participate and enjoy a day of exercise and fresh air. Space is limited so register early.
In order to ensure the success of this event and future tournaments, we need your participation. Our goal is to provide a quality event at minimal
costs. To accomplish this goal we need members and participants to canvass their employers for donations to the tournament prize table. Donations
can be golf related related or products your company produces. All prize donations should come with a business card so we can properly identify and
acknowledge your donation in our CIM and CGA chapter newsletters. For more information, to volunteer to help with the tournament or to arrange
for pickup and delivery of prizes please contact:

Format: Best Ball
Dress Code:
No cut offs, gym shorts, jeans or t-shirts permitted.
Shirts must have Collars.
Golf Shoes must have soft spikes.
Please be there 30 Minutes prior to tee off time.
Trophies and prizes will be awarded after dinner.

| Note on golf club rentals: Golf club rentals may be arranged with the golf course on a first come first serve basis. Hamilton Chapter is not responsible for problems occurring from the equipment rentals. |

Note on Teams: You do not need a foursome to register. One, two or three people can register.
We will put you into a foursome if you don't already have one.
